Leasing/Management

ABC Realty handles resident placement, requires each prospect to complete an application, and conducts a full credit/criminal background check, then follows up to verify employment and rental history. With aggressive advertising continually running, we receive numerous calls daily to keep our units rented. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible.

Maintenance

To save you money, we use our own in house maintenance team to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you don’t have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others; nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. Maximizing net operating income for each property requires the implementation of uniform management systems which increases operating efficiency and preventative maintenance to minimize the need for potentially high-cost emergency spending. Inspections

Peace of mind? Yes, we offer that as well…..Periodically, we make a thorough inspection of your unit, both inside and outside. This helps us assure lease compliance and make sure your property is being properly cared for.

Evictions / Collections

If rents are not paid by the 5th of the month, we begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict tenants.

Bookkeeping

You will receive a financial statement each month which will show monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, end of year tax information. We will also disburse money via deposit into your bank for you, if available.
